This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Revelation Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles your Personal Information when you use our services or make a purchase. Our main website, ApexRevelation.com, (“Main Website”) is hosted on the Wix.com platform, meaning both our policy and Wix's Privacy Policy (https://www.wix.com/about/privacy) govern data related to the website's infrastructure and any direct interactions you have with Wix's features. Furthermore, for photo delivery, proofing, and the sale of print/tangible items, we use Pixieset. Thus, the term "Third Party Suppliers" refers to any external entity or resource that provides services necessary for our business operations, including platforms like Pixieset and Wix, payment processors, fulfillment centers (e.g., WHCC, Mpix), accounting and client management software, and marketing platforms. When you purchase physical products, Pixieset manages the transaction and automatically outsources the fulfillment to a professional printing lab. Therefore, any information you provide or is collected during your use of the galleries, including your name, address, and contact information needed to complete the order, is subject to Pixieset's Privacy Policy (https://pixieset.com/privacy/) and will be sent to the relevant fulfillment center. Pixieset's available labs include WHCC, ProDPI, Millers, Mpix, Loxley Colour, and Atkins. While the fulfillment center for most orders will be WHCC, ProDPI, Millers, or Mpix, we recommend reviewing the respective privacy policies for all potential labs:

Information You Provide Directly: We receive and store any information you enter on our Main Website, on our Third Party suppliers, or via email, phone, or during in-person interactions, or provide to us in any other way, such as when you make a purchase, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter. Information Collected Automatically (Cookies and Analytics): In the course of doing business with us, including when you visit our Main Website or interact with our services via Pixieset, certain information about your device and interaction is automatically collected by us and by our third-party service providers, including Google (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console), Microsoft (e.g., Bing Webmaster Tools), Wix (e.g., Wix Analytics), and Pixieset, using cookies and other tracking technologies. This information typically includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and other Technical and Usage Data.
